Course Description
This book was developed for an introductory creative writing course that combines reading, writing, and critiquing fiction. The class is designed to expose students to excellent and varied creative writing while engaging them in an analysis of the methods used in that writing; the course is also designed in part as a workshop, where students do both short exercises and longer works and learn to give and take critiques of their work.
